Every part of the journey is of importance to the whole.

SPIRITUAL COACHING SESSIONS

By embarking on a journey of spiritual coaching you become aware of the life lessons and patterns which have been directing your life. Throughout the sessions you will rediscover and strengthen your faith through a pragmatic spiritual approach and gain a new sense of trust toward yourself, others and God.

The sessions are an unfolding of parts of yourself which lie dormant and are ready to be recognised, activated and expressed in creative, constructive and uplifting ways.

These sessions are an opportunity for you to focus on overcoming personal challenges and to redirect your attention toward your highest creative essence.

Through the exploration of your talents, virtues, strengths, needs, values, motivation and mindset, you undergo a process of deep personal transformation and live your life aligned with your highest values and principles.

INNER FREEDOM

The Inner Freedom program is a powerful journey of healing and personal transformation. It is a combination of coaching and mindfulness. Thanks to the practice of mindfulness, by cultivating presence we can become aware of our childhood experiences and of the mechanisms which we have adopted throughout our lives as ways to avoid pain and suffering. Through coaching we explore ways to shift our mindset, habits and attitudes which impede access to our natural authenticity and innocence.

What do we want to heal? Fears, resistances and limiting beliefs.

Underneath these we find our original wounds. When we heal the wounds, we automatically release the fears, the resistances and the limiting beliefs which hold us back from a life of joy and bliss.

Our inner freedom re-emerges in direct proportion to our inner healing. The process is about transforming wounds into freedom.

CHRISTIAN MEDITATION

Christian meditation holds a unique space within the broader umbrella of meditation practices. While sharing aspects with other traditions, it adds distinct elements informed by Christian theology and scripture.  

Christian meditation is about quieting the mind and being in spaces of either Focused Attention through the Jesus Prayer, Lectio Divina, Eucharistic Adoration, or Open Awareness in Contemplation, Mindfulness, Silent meditation. 

In the meditation sessions you will be guided to practice different forms of meditation to find your sense of peace and surrender through a journey of deep self-discovery. Step by step you will access deeper states of awareness, of higher consciousness.

You will be encouraged to create your personal meditation practice in alignment with your highest values and principles.  

MINDFULNESS 

Mindfulness is a state of consciousness in which we live in present time, in the awareness of our inner and outer state, moment-to-moment. It involves an open awareness of monitoring all aspects of our experience, without judgment, resistance, without attachment and in complete acceptance of “what is”.

It is about developing a quiet and focused mind which is open and sensitive to observing internal experiences (thoughts, emotions, sensations) and external experiences (sounds, smells, tastes). Through this observation we can dissolve thoughts and emotions and reach a state of peace and joy.

Mindfulness promotes: Awareness, Presence, Compassion, Concentration, Intention, Attention, Self-regulation, Detachment, Flexibility and more.

Mindfulness is a spiritual practice which allows us to reach an inner state of readiness for God’s grace. We learn to trust and surrender completely. The mindfulness practice is integrated in the Inner Freedom program.
