Interior Life
The interior life is the foundation of all authentic leadership in the Church. It is from a deep and living relationship with God the Father, nurtured through the capacity for silence, meditation, and prayer, that the leader draws the wisdom, strength, and love needed to serve others well.
Servant Leadership
Jesus Christ is the model of every Christian leader. His leadership was one of total gift, presence, and service. Rooted in a deep interior life, the servant leader places the good of others at the heart of every decision, accompanying those entrusted to them with humility, attentiveness, and genuine care.
Leadership Rooted in Vocation
Every Church leader is called by name. Leadership in the Church is a vocation: a unique and personal calling from God. Catholic leadership coaching accompanies you in discerning that calling with greater clarity, understanding not just what you do, but who you are called to be in your mission.
Leading with Virtue
Authentic leadership is built on virtue. The cardinal virtues (prudence, justice, fortitude, and temperance) shape how a leader thinks, decides, and acts. The theological virtues (faith, hope, and love) ground everything in God and give it eternal meaning. - La tentazione di rimandare le decisioni per paura di sbagliare
- Troppe voci e consigli esterni che confondono invece di aiutare
- Il bisogno di uno spazio riservato in cui pensare ad alta voce, senza essere giudicati
- Decisioni prese di fretta, senza il tempo per un vero discernimento
- Difficoltà a comunicare con chiarezza la propria visione a chi si guida
- Lo squilibrio tra fare tutto da soli e saper chiedere e accogliere aiuto
- Conflitti o incomprensioni ricorrenti nel proprio ruolo di responsabilità
- La fatica di guidare un gruppo o una comunità con autorevolezza, senza cadere nell’autoritarismo
- Difficoltà a delegare, per timore di perdere il controllo
- Il bisogno di ricostruire fiducia dopo un conflitto o un fraintendimento
- Esaurimento o affaticamento in un ruolo vissuto senza radicamento nella vita interiore
- La tentazione di produrre frutto con lo sforzo, invece che lasciarlo nascere dall’ affidamento a Dio
- Difficoltà a fermarsi, riflettere e prendersi cura di sé senza sensi di colpa
- Il rischio di trascurare la propria vita di preghiera per l’urgenza degli impegni
- Segnali di stanchezza o burnout non ancora riconosciuti come tali
- Il bisogno di ritrovare gioia ed entusiasmo in un servizio che pesa da tempo
Di fronte alle difficoltà, la tentazione più naturale è lamentarsi.
La speranza nasce proprio lì, dove tutto sembra fermo. Uno sguardo nuovo che cerca le risorse già presenti, invece di restare fermi nel problema.
È questo ciò che il percorso coltiva, sessione dopo sessione.
