One-2-One MEDITATION MENTORING- 8 weeks
In this transformative 8-week program you will be offered a space in which to be empowered and to trust yourself to make changes in your health and your personal empowerment.
You will be guided to practice different forms of meditation and tools to deal with stress, anxiety, fear and pain. Beatrice shows you how to flow with the laws of the universe and take charge of your life situation by consciously creating your world. She is sensitive yet grounded in assisting you as you face challenges or transitions. She will help you find your sense of peace and fulfilment through a journey of deep self-discovery. You will be pointed toward the path and handed the tools each step of the way, feeling fully supported along your unique journey.

One-2-One MINDFULNESS PROGRAM - 8 weeks
In this 8 week program Beatrice will guide you to tune into your awareness so that it becomes an increasingly reliable source of stability.
Mindfulness means to be aware of all our experiences, physical sensations, thoughts and feelings from moment to moment. This awareness is without judgment and with a sense of kindness and acceptance. Becoming more aware gives us insight and a deeper understanding of what is going on for us. This can be particularly helpful when we are experiencing great difficulties or illness and pain. You will be taken through a variety of exercises which include focusing on the breath and bringing your awareness into the mind and body.
Format: 2 hr session once a week for 8 weeks through Zoom

ONE-2-ONE MINDFUL COMMUNICATION - 4 Weeks
In this program Beatrice will guide you to explore the idea of compassion and how reconnecting to our compassion allows for much more peaceful and joyous communication. You will learn how to reframe your expressions with honesty and clarity. Slowly you will move away from habitual, automatic reactions. You will explore how to express yourself authentically on the awareness of what we perceive, feel and want in that moment.
By the end of the program you will know how to become grounded in your natural state of compassion and can apply the approach at all levels of communication and in different situations, transforming conflicts into mutually satisfying outcomes and moving beyond power struggles to cooperation and trust.
